What the Audit Covers

How It Works
1. Light pre-work
A short questionnaire covering your Bullhorn environment, tech stack and team structure, for example the tools in use, number of users and how the system currently supports the business.
2. Structured working session
A focused 90–120 minute session exploring how the business actually operates, including how consultants recruit, how roles move through the pipeline and how revenue is generated. This is guided, practical and direct, not a generic discovery call.
3. Synthesis and prioritisation
After the session we connect the dots, identify where the current setup is slowing the business down and prioritise what is worth fixing now versus later.
